KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries from customers, corporate clients, and RSO teams.
  • receive, screen, transcribe and check medication orders.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, and provide solutions promptly.
  • Provide accurate information, customer information, order details, and insurance data into healthcare management systems.
  • Adhere to pharmacy regulations, confidentiality policies, and quality standards.
  • To support dispensing (order fulfillment), receive, screen, transcribe, check medication orders and claim submission.
  • To support team events.
  • Work according to assigned shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Diploma or certificate in Pharmacy or relevant field preferred.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (8am to 10pm), including shift during weekends and public holiday.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy customer service or retail is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills including competence with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook in particular)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, especially in data entry.
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja.
