About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (DevOps) to join our Penang team. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who are passionate about Python, automation, and DevOps, and who want to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure.

You will play a key role in:

  • Automating system operations
  • Enhancing CI/CD pipelines
  • Supporting Linux-based environments
  • Ensuring seamless deployment and system reliability
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop robust and maintainable Python scripts to automate infrastructure and system operations.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based environments in both cloud and on-premise setups.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and traders to streamline deployment and integration.
  • Maintain clear documentation and promote best practices in DevOps and Python development.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Python development and automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems and scripting.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
  • Exposure to infrastructure automation tools like Ansible or Terraform is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
