Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Support & Education:
  • Conduct in-depth training sessions for the internal sales team on our full beverage portfolio, including new product releases, tasting notes, production methods, and effective sales strategies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for complex client inquiries, assisting the sales team in closing high-value accounts.
  • Client Relationship & Consulting:
  • Consult with key clients (e.g., hotel F&B managers, restaurant owners) to curate and develop profitable and compelling wine lists and beverage programs.
  • Provide expert recommendations on food and beverage pairings across all categories (wine, beer, and spirits) to meet client needs.
  • Conduct formal tastings and educational events for clients and consumers.
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Assist the purchasing team in product selection and evaluation, providing tasting notes and market viability assessments for potential new labels.
  • Monitor industry trends in Johor and Malaysia to identify opportunities and gaps in our current beverage offerings.
  • Maintain an advanced level of knowledge on global beverage production, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM8,500.00 per month
