Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set or partial accounts (AP, AR, GL)
  • Prepare daily sales reports, revenue summaries, and cash flow tracking
  • Manage accounts payable: supplier invoices, payment scheduling, and reconciliations
  • Handle accounts receivable: customer billing, collections, and follow-ups
  • Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management
  • Assist in monthly closing, financial statements, and management reports
  • Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and food cost percentages
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and tax submissions
  • Coordinate with operations team on sales discrepancies and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with SST, internal controls, and company policies

Procurement / Purchasing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and kitchen supplies
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers and vendors (price, quality, delivery reliability)
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts
  • Issue purchase orders (PO) and track delivery schedules
  • Ensure timely delivery to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/kitchen staff
  • Verify received goods against PO and invoices (quantity & quality check)
  • Handle supplier invoice matching (3-way matching: PO, DO, Invoice)
  • Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues
  • Support cost control initiatives and waste reduction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
