We're looking for a Senior Account Executive who's detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about numbers. Join our growing team and lead the accounting operations with professionalism and integrity.

What You'll Do

  • A. Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day execution of accounting tasks.

  • Review juniors' and interns' work before escalation.
  • Ensure deadlines of accounts are met.

  • Resolve operational issues quickly.

  • B. Client Communication & Relationship

  • Serve as main contact for assigned clients.

  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Attend meetings and represent the firm professionally.

  • Manage expectations and handle minor conflicts.

  • C. Team Supervision

  • Allocate tasks to juniors and interns.

  • Provide coaching and correction when needed.
  • Monitor performance and punctuality.

  • Maintain team discipline and work quality.

  • D. Reporting & Administration

  • Weekly report to Manager/Director on progress and issues.

  • Maintain accurate internal documentation.

  • Update job status, trackers, and SOPs.

  • E. Process & System Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and propose solutions.

  • Improve templates, SOPs, checklists.

  • Proficient in Autocount & Microsoft Office.

  • F. Professional Conduct

  • Uphold confidentiality at all times.

  • No external complaints or negative communication to clients.
  • Protect the company's reputation.

Who We're Looking For

  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience (accounting firm background preferred).
