- Assist in recruitment: posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Support payroll processing, including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary disbursement.
- Assist in foreign worker management: visa applications, renewals, work permits, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records for local and foreign staff.
Dispatch Responsibilities:
- Handle dispatch and receipt of documents, parcels, and goods.
- Maintain records of all dispatch activities and coordinate with courier services or internal departments.
- Ensure timely delivery and proper tracking of items.
- Report any discrepancies or delays in dispatch.
General Responsibilities:
- Support HR team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
- Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and staff communications.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR and dispatch
- Prior experience in dispatch or administrative coordination is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and foreign worker regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
