  • Assist in recruitment: posting job vacancies, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Support payroll processing, including attendance tracking, leave management, and salary disbursement.
  • Assist in foreign worker management: visa applications, renewals, work permits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee records for local and foreign staff.

Dispatch Responsibilities:

  • Handle dispatch and receipt of documents, parcels, and goods.
  • Maintain records of all dispatch activities and coordinate with courier services or internal departments.
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper tracking of items.
  • Report any discrepancies or delays in dispatch.

General Responsibilities:

  • Support HR team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR and company information.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, training sessions, and staff communications.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • SPM, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR and dispatch
  • Prior experience in dispatch or administrative coordination is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and foreign worker regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
