Role Overview

Lead EHS strategy for hyperscale datacenter construction, ensuring compliance with global and local standards, and embedding a safety-first culture across all workfronts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement site-specific EHS plans.
  • Oversee PTW, LOTO, confined space, and high-risk activity controls.
  • Conduct audits, incident investigations, and emergency drills.
  • Manage EHS reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with CSF and supervisors to enforce standards.

Responsibilities

  • Min 6 months hyperscale data center project experience
    in
    EHS leadership.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification
    (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of mission-critical safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English
