  • Responsible for the implementation and overall management of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) work in overseas data centers;
  • Lead the real-time response, coordination and resolution of data center EHS incidents, ensure efficient communication with internal teams, emergency services and stakeholders, minimize operational disruptions and ensure the safety of personnel and infrastructure;
  • Conduct a comprehensive EHS risk assessment of data center facilities, identify key risks, develop optimized risk control plans, and promote systematic improvements to the EHS management system;
  • Design, create, and improve EHS process documents to enhance the robustness and compliance of the data center EHS management system;
  • Establish a cross-functional collaboration mechanism to deeply integrate EHS requirements into daily operations, and create a safety culture at all levels of the organization and ensure standardized implementation through targeted training, safety awareness campaigns, and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Full-time undergraduate degree or equivalent or above in EHS-related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), with practical involvement in EHS incident emergency response.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of international EHS regulations, standards, and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 45001, local safety laws).
  • Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, strong initiative and sense of responsibility, and proven teamwork and collaborative spirit.
  • Language: Proficiency in English (required), Chinese (preferred).
