Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company's products and services with enthusiasm to drive sales.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and inquiries professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Prepare key documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and consignment notes.
  • Manage and update stock inventory records to ensure smooth ordering and availability.
  • Follow up with customers on orders, feedback, and after-sales support.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as directed by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Pleasant, proactive, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Excel / system data entry).
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment.
