Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize electroplating processes
  • Select appropriate plating chemistry, materials, and parameters
  • Monitor and control plating bath chemistry
  • Troubleshoot plating defects
  • Perform surface preparation process control
  • Ensure proper adhesion and coating thickness
  • Develop process documentation such as work instructions, SOPs, and control plans

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Bachelor degree or higher.
  2. Major: Preference given to candidates with a background in Chemical engineering or related fields.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Possess solid understanding of electroplating processes for magnetic materials
  4. Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of surface finishing experience in relevant industries.
  5. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software and CAD drawing tools.
  6. Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia is considered an advantage.
  7. Competencies and Qualities: Demonstrated ability to resolve site production issues effectively; proactive, responsible, and committed to professional ethics and continuous improvement.
