Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-Retail)

-Kuala Lumpur

-6-Month Contract

-RM4,000 – RM6,000

-Mon–Fri | 8.45am – 5.45pm

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment for Non-Retail roles, working closely with hiring managers and HRBPs to deliver quality hires within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-Retail/Corporate roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and provide market insights.
  • Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and agencies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare and negotiate offers while ensuring internal equity.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with BNM regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate data and provide recruitment reports and pipeline updates.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and ensure SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in financial services or regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia's employment laws and talent market.
  • Experience hiring mid to senior-level roles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
