We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent management to attract top-tier candidates that align with our company culture and values.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

What You'll Do
Detailed Job Scope: End to end recruitment. Full Cycle Recruitment end to end process (Sourcing to Onboarding)

  • Liaising with Hiring Managers on vacant position (get the necessary approved requisition form, job scope, level, etc)
  • Posting of job adverts and shortlisting of candidates for Hiring Managers
  • Liaison and arrangement for interviews between HR, Hiring Managers and candidates (inclusive of booking of interview rooms)
  • Preparation of documents for interviewers – profile summary of candidates
  • Offer letter preparation & negotiation with candidates
  • Assist in other recruitment activities e.g. career fairs, university visits

Specific Skilled & Experience Required: Knowledge of end to end recruitment operations. Min 3 years experience

Work Location and Business Operation Hours: Midvalley or Shah Alam office (this needs to be further discussed as current team rotates between both offices depending on management)
