Job Profile Summary

This role provides support to the Talent Acquisition team. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to fill immediate hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Job Description (Principal Accountabilities)

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring a timely and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards and social media, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidate applications to identify those who meet the job requirements and align with our client's values.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication for all parties.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Support the team with ad-hoc recruitment activities and projects as needed.
  • Ensure every candidate receives a positive and professional experience, reflecting our client's culture.
  • Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Requirements

  • Preferably minimum 1 year of work experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Good communication and articulation
  • Preferably Experience in ATS Workday or similar platform

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
