Job Purpose

The Contract Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for sourcing, screening and coordinating the hiring process for the Company. This position ensures a seamless recruitment experience, identified talent, and supports workforce planning efforts to maintain optimal staffing levels. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Job

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and assessments, coordinating with hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Ensure a smooth recruitment experience by providing timely updates and feedback to the hiring managers and selected candidates.
  • Perform background checks on selected candidates prior to hiring.
  • Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are set up for success.
  • Support administrative tasks related to the pre- and post- recruitment process.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.

Our Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
