Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts for VAD Capital and its subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Develop cash flow forecasting, budget planning, and financial analysis for management review.
- Monitor and control subsidiary financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and legal advisors when necessary.
- Support senior management in strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
- Coach and monitor junior finance executive in daily task
- Other ad-hock task/project may assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with 3 to 5 years' experience in full set of account
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax.
- Familiar with QuickBooks accounting software is an added value.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).
- Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4, RM5,500.00 per month
