We are a Health and Beauty distribution company and we are looking for an Accounts Admin/Executive who will be responsible for day to day adminstrative work within the company. Which includes but not limited to:
- General Administration including:
- issuing invoices, delivery orders,
- Handling documents for import trade and export trade
- Complete set of Accounts
- P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Reports, Audit
- Accurate Reporting and updating all records
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

What you will be doing:
Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and proper supporting documentation and recording.
Responsible for month-end and year-end closing of accounts including AR, AP, prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet.
Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
Prepare internal reports for the company through compiling information, i.e. Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
Prepare documents for import and export including invoices, billings, banking records.
Manage staff attendance and payroll system.
Perform administrative works, prepare and maintenance of documentation records and filing in an orderly manner.
Other accounts and administrative duties as assigned.
Performing basic office tasks, such as data entry and office equipment purchase.
Who are we looking for:
About 2 year of relevant working experience in Finance or Account
Someone who can grasp details, has great analytical skills, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure
Positive person, enjoys dealing with people at all levels and a strong communicator.
Speaks either English or Malay as we are a bilingual organisation.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
