About the role

Join AM AUTO MULTI SERVICE' as a DIGITAL MEDIA, SALES AND MARKETING professional. This full-time position is based in Masjid Tanah Melaka and presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of the company's sales and marketing efforts.

What you'll be doing

The candidate is expected to perform the job descriptions as stated below or part of it:-

  1. Creating content to be uploaded on the company's social media platforms to achieve the targeted views and followers.
  2. Conducting sales on online platforms.
  3. Participating in marketing activities outside the office such as campaigns with government departments and automotive-related events like Japan GT, MotoGP, and F1 organized by PETRONAS as and when needed.
  4. Increasing Google reviews numbers.
  5. Running and monitoring Facebook Ads campaigns.
  6. Answer customer inquiry and complaint.
  7. Monitor co website
  8. Design and lead marketing and promotion activites in line with company objective.
  9. Do follow up call and monitor customer complaint.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital media, sales, or marketing role, preferably in the automotive industry
  2. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign execution and lead generation
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  4. Self driven and motivated to advance in carrier.
  5. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  7. Interested in automotive and motorsport.
  8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
