Graduate Trainee Program – Credit Risk Analyst

Our Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop future leaders in risk management. As a Credit Risk Analyst trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in assessing and managing credit risk across diverse portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial statements and credit data to assess client creditworthiness.
- Develop and maintain credit risk models to predict default probabilities.
- Monitor existing credit exposures and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Prepare credit risk reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of corporate finance and risk principles.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Strong academic record and interest in risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Structured onboarding and technical training.
- Rotations across credit risk areas (corporate lending, retail credit, structured products).
