Authorities:

  • To provide physiotherapy services to clients and their caregivers including assessment, treatment program planning and implementation, education and related documentation and communication under supervision of the person in-charge.

Nature and Scope:

  • To plan and develop strategic function for Physiotherapy Services. Also, to oversee the department and ensure smooth running of the operation.
  • To treat patients with physical difficulty in functional activity from illness injury, disability or ageing.
  • To treat people of all ages including children, the elderly, stroke patients and people with sports injuries.
  • To identify and improve patients' movement and function.
  • To help promote their patients' health and wellbeing.
  • To assist the rehabilitation process by developing and restoring body systems.
  • To devise and review treatment programmed comprising manual therapy, movement, therapeutical exercise and the application if technologist equipment.
  • To prepare and write patient case notes and report.
  • To educate and advise patients and their careers about how to prevent injury and improve conditions.
  • Treat patient referred by consultant and report on the progress of patient to consultant.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
