Documentation & Loan Processing Assistant

Job purpose:
The Documentation Assistant is responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining, organizing, and managing documents and records, including handling Rumah Selangorku applications and related bank matters. The role ensures accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The candidate must also be able to interact with customers or buyers when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle the loan process for Rumah Selangorku applications and liaise with banks on related matters
- Follow up with buyers regarding any inquiries, documentation, and application status
- Prepare and compile necessary documents for bank loan applications
- Manage all mailing and courier processes, including incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Manage buyer registration for Rumah Selangorku through the official website, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Attend to work-related matters outside the office when required by management
- Organize and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
- Ensure proper version control and document tracking
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of documents before submission or filing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information
- Interact with customers or buyers when necessary
Requirement:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Experience in document management, administration, or office support is an advantage
- Minimum 1 years of experience in documentation and loan processing
- Female /Aged 25–30 years
- Skills or experience in bank or loan processes is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with document management systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Able to interact with customers or buyers
