About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join the team at Ozwin Retailing Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur - Pavilion Damansara. This full-time role will see you play a vital part in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, answering queries and helping them find the products they need
  • Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, tidy and visually appealing to customers
  • Operating the cash register and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining awareness of promotions and sales to inform customers
  • Assisting with stock management, replenishment and merchandising tasks
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in a similar personalised environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful manner
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Attention to detail and the ability to learn about products and skincare knowledge
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
