Required skills and qualifications
- Leadership and communication: The ability to lead and motivate teams, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency: A strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Project management: Expertise in planning, budgeting, and time management.
- Problem-solving: The ability to handle unexpected changes and find effective solutions.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like building construction, construction management, civil engineering, or architecture is required.
- Experience: Data centre experience is preferred but not mandatory.
