Job Description

  1. Conduct regular inspections of building systems and structures, particularly civil works such as concrete, masonry, steel, and roofing.

  2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.

  3. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

  4. Assist with small construction or renovation projects as needed, including tasks such as patching, tiling, and painting.

  5. Ensure that all work complies with safety and health standards.

  6. Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required.

  7. Coordinate with contractors or external service providers when necessary for repair and renovation work.

  8. Following up on all maintenance services/requests and repairs on the building and coordinating with concerned departments to action them without any delays and ensure safety, security, and health measurements are in place at all times.

  9. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor of Top Management on all maintenance and technical tasks required or necessary.

  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.

  11. Carrying out any other activities that may be assigned by the DBSB Management as and when required
