  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all facility operations including maintenance, repairs, safety procedures, and security.
  • Supervise and manage in-house technicians, maintenance staff, and external vendors/contractors.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Manage building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, elevator systems, fire protection, etc.
  • Monitor and control facility budgets, expenditures, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate office space planning, layout design, and renovation projects.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify issues and ensure facilities are in good condition.
  • Manage procurement of tools, parts, and services required for maintenance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance logs, service reports, and asset inventory.
  • Respond promptly to facility emergencies and handle crisis situations efficiently.
