Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and maintenance of healthcare facilities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating with various service providers, managing budgets and resources, supervising staff, and implementing sustainable practices. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Management, including overseeing daily operations and maintenance
  • Knowledge in Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS) and Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS)
  • Skills in Cleansing Services (CLS), Healthcare Waste Management Services (HWMS), and Linen and Laundry Services (LLS)
  • Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in implementing sustainable practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
