Job description:

Project Role

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Allocate and manage resources to meet project goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses.
  • Lead project teams in executing tasks and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control measures for project deliverables.
  • Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure successful project closure and conduct post-project evaluations.

Facilities Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff, vendors, and service providers for routine upkeep.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective services.
  • Develop and monitor budgets for facility operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Plan and execute space utilization strategies to optimize facility resources.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand facility needs and address requirements.
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices within the facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues related to safety and functionality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7, RM10,000.00 per month
