Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all facilities of the rehab centre, ensuring systems and services operate safely and efficiently.
- Lead the Facilities Department in overseeing maintenance, compliance and engineering support activities.
- Plan and execute refurbishment, retrofit and expansion projects within approved budgets and timelines.
- Drive sustainability and cost efficiency while preparing regular reports on facility operations and project progress.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, with 5–6 years of experience in facilities management and engineering.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage budgets, contractors and maintenance teams effectively.
Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation environment and strong commitment to safety, compliance, and effective communication.
One position will be based in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur and another in Glenmarie, Selangor.
