Senior Operations Manager
We are expanding and seeking a strong operations leader to drive security excellence

Total Package (Basic + Allowances): RM 8,000 – RM 10,000

Location
: Klang Valley /Selangor (Travel ready)

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Operations Manager
to lead and manage the performance of our security projects. This role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, quality manpower recruitment, client satisfaction, compliance, and profitability of assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations for selected sites to ensure smooth, stable service delivery
  • Recruit, screen and place quality security officers (local & foreign)
  • Ensure ROI of projects are achieved and operations remain profitable
  • Manage site-level budgets, OT controls, scheduling and manpower planning
  • Conduct site checks, audits, and operational inspections
  • Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations professionally
  • Ensure compliance with
    RBA
    and other international standards where required
  • Prepare, monitor and submit operational reports to headquarters
  • Implement continuous improvement, discipline controls and performance standards
  • Support business growth by scaling operations and onboarding new sites smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years proven experience in security operations management
  • Direct experience handling security officers (locals & foreigners)
  • Experience handling MNC / corporate clients is a strong advantage
  • Well-versed in RBA compliance requirements
  • Strong command of English & Malay
  • Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to travel between sites and work extended hours when required
