Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead and manage daily Security Operations (SecOps) activities. The role involves hands-on management of endpoint security, firewalls, email security, and WAF, as well as leading cybersecurity enhancement projects across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong and proactive professional with a passion for operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement in cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and administer cooperate security tools and platforms such as Endpoint protection, Firewalls, Email security gateways, WAF and etc.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and application teams to ensure proper implementation of security policies and controls.
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate patching / mitigation efforts.
  • Manage and execute cybersecurity improvement projects, such as system upgrades, new security tool deployments, and policy enforcement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation, including SOPs, configuration baselines, and incident reports.
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners on product support and solution implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest threat trends, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Security or Security Operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT security product and configuration fine tuning.
  • Experience with SIEM tools is an advantage.
  • Proven experience managing security projects.
  • Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CEH, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCNP Security, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001 and NISTframeworks
