Network & Security Support Engineer (L3) - Malaysian (Hybrid)

Key responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of supporting tickets and incident management, troubleshooting issues end-to-end and keeping customers updated.
  • Be the go-to escalation point for junior engineers by guiding, mentoring and solving any complex issues.
  • Support Fortinet firewall products and related technologies, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and recommending process enhancements.
  • Conduct research and collaborate with team members on new technologies and network solutions.
  • Ensure service quality and adherence to SLAs in a 24/7 support environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Highly proficient in English as you will be supporting Australian clients
  • Strong technical background in network and security support (Level 2/Level 3 level).
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule as part of a 24/7 support team.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clearly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Engineer role, ideally in an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or similar support-based environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge in network security, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) products is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM14,000.00 per month
