Our client, the leading energy company in Malaysia and also a leading importer & exporter of used cooking oils and all other related products, is looking for Personal Assistant to the General Manager.

Working Arrangement : Monday to Friday – 9.00 AM to 6.00PM

Job Description :

1) Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the management
  • Ability to coordinate and follow up across multiple subsidiary companies, supporting the General Manager in managing priorities, information flow, and action items across all business units
  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses

2) Operations & Logistics Support:

  • Work alongside with General Manager to support and coordinate logistics arrangements for import/export products
  • Assist in overseeing the liaison with suppliers, transporters, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and shipment of goods
  • Manage shipment documentation and ensure compliance with local regulations and certifications
  • Assist in planning and execution of operational processes to enhance efficiency

3) Finance & Administrative Support:

  • Assist in overseeing financial documentation, invoicing, and credit control
  • Support management with budgeting documentation, expense tracking, and reporting as required
  • Maintain records and ensure proper filing of operational and financial documents

4) Compliance Coordination:

  • Provide support to ensure adherence to company policies and standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
