In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead shift operations: Guide your team to achieve production targets and ensure smooth operations throughout your shift.
  • Ensure safety compliance: Implement and maintain safety guidelines, acting as the Production ERT lead for your shift.
  • Develop team skills: Plan and execute training programs for operators based on production needs, enhancing overall team capabilities.
  • Optimize efficiency: Evaluate production stations and implement improvements to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication: Maintain clear lines of communication to employees to ensure proper understanding of procedures and policies.
  • Manage performance: To have 1:1 session with operators when necessary and address any rule violations promptly.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Contribute to ongoing enhancements in production processes and team performance.

Who You Are:

  • Ensuring that materials and supplies are in a positive flow, machines are functional, and the production facilities adhere to safety standards.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Educational background: Preferably a Diploma or Degree with extensive experience in backend production supervision.
  • Supervisory experience: At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role, ideally within the EMS industry.
  • Language proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and BM (speaking, reading, and writing) and ensure effective communication across teams.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable and willing to work overtime when required.
