What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the manufacturing team to meet production targets and deadlines
  2. Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
  3. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and implementing necessary measures to maintain a safe work environment
  4. Providing hands-on technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team
  5. Identifying and addressing issues or bottlenecks in the production process
  6. Collaborating with other departments to optimise overall manufacturing efficiency
  7. Maintaining accurate production records and data to support decision-making
  8. Providing regular progress reports and updates to management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
  3. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goals
  4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  6. Proficient in reading and interpreting production data and technical documents
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
