Job Description

  • Develop related SMT equipment operation instructions and maintenance records, and implement supervision;
  • According to the SMT operator, technician job qualification requirements, organize regular related skills training;
  • According to production plan arrangement, the reasonable adjustment time operator, week, month, facility maintenance technician;
  • Remaining quantity of equipment commonly used material need to know to plan ahead and apply to buy;
  • Timely processing equipment failure, reduce downtime. Continuous improvement of equipment operation rate to increase production capacity;
  • According to the product processing requirements are different, is responsible for carrying out the SMT equipment technical improvement and the final results confirm;
  • Responsible for product RTY ascension;
  • Analyze the bad product welding problems and implement improvement, put forward improvement report and track;
  • Be responsible for the entire SMT workshop process file output, and product process WI;
  • Actively cooperate with customers and related department positive feedback of quality problems, and analyze reason and make corrective measures, and follow up implementation process;
  • According to the QC/QA inspection daily report, in combination with the practical situation of production workshop, the quality status tracking and processing;
  • Responsible for SMT reflow soldering temperature curve measurement, for each product is different, the welding temperature is different;
  • New product development stage in fixture design, stencil making and new product failure analysis and processing, etc;
  • According to the actual production requirement of workshop, cannot satisfy the needs of product process requirements to the superior technological improvements and improve Suggestions;

Requirements

  • Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,  Professional degree in mechanical design, mechatronics, automatic control, engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 3 years SMT related experience (college degree, more than 5 years SMT related work experience), proficient in FUJI mounter;
  • Familiar with SMT production process and process control, with yield improvement/efficiency improvement experience;
  • Have good communication skills, can read and write English, and communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
