Job Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in using CAM350 and related tools to analyze SMT manufacturing processes and design for new products.
  • Create production tooling such as stencils, fixtures, and jigs according to manufacturing requirements, and manage related acceptance processes and tooling lists for mass production.
  • Conduct DFM reviews for new products and provide process support and continuous improvement for pilot runs and mass production stages.
  • Responsible for SMT thermal profiling, including making temperature measurement boards, profile review, repair process design, and related process management.
  • Assist in continuous optimization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, enhance production efficiency, and reduce cost.
  • Design experiments, track and analyze data for changes involving critical auxiliary materials used in production.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in an electronics-related major.
  • More than 2 years of IE experience in the PCBA/SMT electronics industry, familiar with new and existing product follow-up and SMT processes for electronic products.
  • Solid SMT process fundamentals; experience in mobile phone products or optical module products is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to endure hardship, and a willingness to deeply study and overcome SMT process challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent self-learning ability, and good team cooperation.
  • Experience with 01005 components or flip-chip processes are prioritized.
  • Experience in SIP, mobile phone boards, optical module SMT assembly, or semiconductor SMT production is preferred.
