Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor (Regional) Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM6,000 (depending on experience)

The Warehouse Supervisor (Regional) oversees daily warehouse operations across assigned locations, ensuring efficient inventory control, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with safety standards. This role leads warehouse teams, coordinates logistics activities, and drives continuous improvement to meet operational and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and daily operations.
  • Receive, inspect, and properly document incoming deliveries of raw materials and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored in real time.
  • Analyze usage trends and store requirements to plan and forecast inventory needs.
  • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to prepare for upcoming store openings and restocking 

    schedules.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods to franchise branches, resolving any delivery issues.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Oversee warehouse equipment maintenance and operational readiness.
  • Regularly report stock status and warehouse performance to management.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse supervision, logistics, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and planning inventory.
- Familiarity with warehouse or sales systems.
- Proficient in Excel and inventory data handling.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in a F&B or FMCG Industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with stakeholders from different countries.
- Willing to travel to overseas (mainly Asia countries) for business purposes when necessary
