As a Warehouse Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations within the warehouse to ensure efficient and effective processes. You will be responsible for managing a team of warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe working environment. Your role is crucial in optimizing warehouse procedures and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure a cohesive and productive team.

Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload.

Inventory Control:
Implement and maintain accurate inventory management systems.

Conduct regular stock audits to reconcile discrepancies and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Operational Efficiency:
Develop and enforce efficient operational procedures to enhance productivity.

Monitor workflow, streamline processes, and implement improvements where necessary.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and uphold quality control standards for incoming and outgoing goods.

Address and resolve quality issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to create a secure working environment.

Conduct regular safety training sessions for warehouse staff.

Equipment Maintenance:
Coordinate maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.

Report and address any equipment malfunctions promptly.

Communication:
Facilitate effective communication within the warehouse team and with other departments.

Provide regular updates to management on warehouse performance and issues.

Customer Service:
Collaborate with customer service and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.

Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.

Cost Control:
Monitor and control warehouse operational expenses within the allocated budget.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or efficiency.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in warehouse operations and supervision.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
