We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Exec / Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities such as receiving and storing goods, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff, and securing the warehouse.

You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the productivity.

Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.

Daily responsible for planning all the Logistic delivery and Lorry driver daily routine arrangement. Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.

Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

To follow up regarding quality issues from packing and production avoid delayed delivery.

Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitoring the finished goods (Raw Materials) to ensure follow the system FIFO (first in and first out).

Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.

Communicating and coordinating with other departments and within the Team.

Arrangement and allocation of storage area for all material/Foods transferred to the warehouse.

Received goods, able to drive Forklift and move stock in different areas.
Practice good housekeeping concept and ensure cleanliness in the warehouse area.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.

At least 3-5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
