1. Warehouse Operations: Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods. Ensure compliance with safety standards, inventory control procedures, and operational guidelines.

2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Plan and implement effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.

3. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods. Collaborate with logistics providers to arrange transportation and delivery schedules. Monitor and optimize delivery routes and modes of transportation.

4. Data Management: Assist in data entry and report generation. Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Stock disassembly and assembly form to be key into the system and filing.

5. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing goods. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues and discrepancies.

6. Equipment and Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and processing center with the Head of Butcher. Coordinate equipment servicing and repairs to ensure optimal functioning and safety. Keep records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain proper documentation of all warehouse activities, including receipts dispatches, stock transfer, and inventory records. Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
