Requirements:
Applicants with no prior experience in customer service or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Proficient in fluent English and Malay. (read, speak and type)
Have no issue with working in either 9am – 6.30pm/10am – 7.30pm, Monday to Friday (including public holiday)
Candidate are willing to work based in Nusajaya, Johor Bharu.
Responsibilities:
Provides continuous helpdesk support via telephone, chat & email related to the product.
Employ high level of interpersonal & communication skills while solving customer's issues.
Conducts basic probing to determine the next action to customer's enquiries.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and providing accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Good computer literacy.
Benefits:
Monthly Salary: RM 2100 basic + up to RM 200 KPI Allowance
