Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates.
  • Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on recruitment processes and market trends.
  • Negotiate salary packages and finalize arrangements between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
