JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Student Recruitment & Enrolment

  2. Achieve monthly, termly and annual enrolment targets set by management.

  3. Respond to all enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media) in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
  4. Conduct school tours, consultations and follow-up sessions with prospective parents and students.
  5. Guide families through the full admissions journey: enquiry → school visit → assessment → offer → registration → onboarding.

  6. Maintain accurate records of all leads, applications and conversions in the CRM / enquiry tracking system.

  7. Admissions Process & Coordination

  8. Coordinate placement tests, interviews and trial classes with academic teams.

  9. Prepare and follow up on offer letters, admissions documents and registration forms.
  10. Ensure all required documents are complete and properly filed (student records, passports/IC, reports, medical info, etc.).
  11. Work closely with finance on registration fees, tuition fee payment and any discounts/scholarships.

  12. Support student onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth start for new students and families.

  13. Marketing & Outreach Support

  14. Support school events related to recruitment: Open Days, Info Sessions, Trial Class Days, Education Fairs, Parent Sharing Sessions, etc.

  15. Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns (online and offline) to generate quality leads.
  16. Follow up on leads generated from social media, website campaigns, digital ads, referrals and external partners.

  17. Build relationships with kindergartens, learning centres, agents and other feeder schools to drive referrals.

  18. Parent Relationship Management

  19. Act as a key point of contact for prospective parents, providing clear information on curriculum, facilities, fees, policies and value proposition.

  20. Maintain professional, warm and high-touch communication with families throughout the decision-making process.
  21. Gather feedback from prospective and new parents to improve the admissions experience.

  22. Represent the school's brand, values and culture at all times in communication with parents and partners.

  23. Reporting & Data Management

  24. Track and report weekly/monthly statistics: enquiries, visits, applications, offers, registrations, conversions and withdrawals.

  25. Analyse enquiries and conversion data to identify trends, strengths and areas for improvement.
  26. Ensure that the student recruitment database is updated, accurate and well-maintained.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Enrolment targets achieved (per term / per year).
  • Enquiry-to-visit and visit-to-enrolment conversion rates.
  • Response time to new enquiries.
  • Number of school tours / consultations conducted.
  • Lead generation from events, partnerships and campaigns.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English , Malay ,(Mandarin is an added advantage )
  • 1 -2 year's experience in Education, Sales, Customer service or marketing related industries is an added advantage but not mandatory. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute CME/workshop/technical training session.
  • Highly self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point skills.
  • Results and quality oriented.
  • Excellent team player.
