JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Responsible for ensuring all service works shall be carry out in timely manner in order to achieve minimum down time.
  • Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing the equipment at customer's location.
  • Provide preventative maintenance and repair services at customer location in accordance with Company's procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement of parts.
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with supplies/customers and co-workers through teamwork.
  • Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements.
  • Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

  • A minimum of a SPM/ Diploma in any field. Prefer Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (prefered)
