A leading Fresh & Frozen Food Supplier serving restaurants & distributor across Malaysia & Singapore

Position: Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker, proven experience)


Working Location: Setia Eco Business Park, JB (Non halal Frozen Food Wholesaler Distributor)

Working Hours: 5.5 days (2 shift rotate adjustable)

8am - 5pm OR 9am - 6pm

Benefit: Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Transport allowance

Salary: Basic + Allowance up to 6k (depends on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of frozen seafood and meat products.
  • Manage a team of warehouse assistant and foreign workers, ensuring productivity, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with company policies.
  • Implement and maintain FIFO (First-In First-Out) inventory management to ensure proper stock rotation and minimize waste.
  • Utilize AutoCount Warehouse Inventory management system (WMS) to track stock levels, monitor movement, and generate reports.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, cold chain management, and hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with procurement, logistics, and production teams to streamline operations.
  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a culture of efficiency and teamwork.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and optimal storage conditions for frozen products.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Management, Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin proficiency to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the Frozen food industry.
  • Knowledge of cold storage handling, food safety regulations and Warehouse Management System (WMS) .
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing foreign workers and warehouse assistants.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount warehouse inventory management system and familiarity with FIFO stock rotation principles.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
