Position : Senior Executive Sales Operation and Logistic

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

· Experience in sales administration, operations coordination, or inventory management.

· Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

· Ability to work independently, lead team and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibility:

· Sales Order & Administrative Support: Process orders, quotations, and requests; maintain customer records; coordinate with sales for smooth fulfilment.

· Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels; liaise with warehouse; prepare movement reports; initiate purchase requests.

· Machinery Assembly Coordination: Schedule assembly; prepare documentation; ensure availability of parts; track completion.

· Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee creation of invoices and delivery documents; ensure billing accuracy; support finance on payments.

· Vendor Purchasing: Prepare POs; confirm pricing and lead times; track incoming shipments.

· Vendor Invoice Processing: Verify invoices against POs and deliveries; resolve discrepancies; submit to finance.

· Coordination & Communication: Liaise with sales, warehouse, assembly, finance, and vendors; provide status updates; assist with monthly reports.
