Key Responsibilities

  1. SOP Enforcement & Compliance

  2. Ensure full compliance and enforcement of SOPs in handling loose shipments and chartered route services from pickup to delivery.

  3. Drive toward zero inter-station miss-sorting, implementing corrective actions and staff training where required.
  4. Participate in SOP reviews and ensure team alignment to updated processes.

  5. Team & Service Performance

  6. Drive team performance to achieve service excellence, focusing on zero miss-sorting and 100% on-time delivery.

  7. Conduct daily team briefings to reinforce priorities, communicate service requirements, and resolve operational issues.
  8. Monitor driver performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

  9. Customer Service & Relationship Management

  10. Perform customer visits and service review meetings to track service levels, address concerns, and build trust.

  11. Act as a farming role to strengthen existing customer relationships and support the Sales team in securing new business opportunities.

  15. Enforce a weekly billing cycle with zero backlog.

  17. Drive effective vehicle utilization to maximize productivity and minimize idle capacity.

  18. Monitor operating costs and implement measures to improve cost efficiency in logistics operations.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of logistics SOPs, linehaul, and distribution operations.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to enforce compliance effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Full time position available. (Monday – Friday 9.00am – 6.00pm)
  • (Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm)
