What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales and leasing opportunities for commercial properties
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions
  • Negotiate lease agreements, sales contracts, and other commercial real estate transactions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, tenants, and industry partners
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and best practices in the commercial real estate industry
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the MCENTURY PROPERTIES SDN. BHD. (MELAKA)' team

What we're looking for

  • Strong knowledge of the local commercial real estate market and industry trends
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for providing exceptional service to clients

Job Requirements :

  • Part time and Full time positions are available
  • Minimum of SPM level/ fresh graduates/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Basic language(s) is required: bahasa malaysia, mandarin, english. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • With good communication and responsible
  • Computer literate
  • Flexible working hours
  • High commission basis
  • Possess own transport independent
  • Self motivated and positive working attitude
