Our client is growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Customer Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Reporting to: Customer Support Supervisor
Working hours: Shift
Responsibilities:
- Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by email and live chat
- Educating clients on how to use the Companys website and trading platforms
- Communicating with clients regarding the companys products and services via telephone, email and live chat
- Assisting other departments
Candidate profile:
- Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge and experience in FX and financial markets is preferred
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential as this is to support the China region.

- Interview with People team (30 min - 35 min).
- Interview with your future manager (45 min - 1 hour) to assess match to the job and the team and discuss role expectations.
