We are seeking a proactive and analytical Planner Executive to join our production team in Tebrau.

You will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating production activities to ensure smooth operations and on-time order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and develop detailed production schedules based on customer orders and material readiness.
  • Issue work orders and coordinate with production to ensure schedules are met.
  • Monitor and track production progress, ensuring timely delivery and smooth workflow.
  • Liaise with purchasing, warehouse, QA, and sales teams to support seamless order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain production and sales reports for management review.
  • Participate in daily coordination meetings to update material, production, and stock status.
  • Analyze production data and forecasts to support accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
  • Optimize machine capacity, manpower, and materials for maximum efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement in production planning systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in production planning or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • 5.5-day workweek with alternate Saturdays off.
  • Willing to work in Tampoi, JB.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,800.00 per month
