Company Overview

We are a well-established Chinese non-halal restaurant in Taman Desa Kuala Lumpur, known for our authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and efficient service. We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to join our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities

主要职责:

• Greet guests warmly and process dine-in and takeaway payments accurately
• 热情接待顾客,准确处理堂食与外带订单的付款
• Operate POS system (SIS POS) efficiently, handle cash, e-wallets, and credit card transactions

熟练操作收银系统,处理现金、电子钱包及信用卡交易

• Issue receipts, manage petty cash, and ensure daily cash reconciliation

开具收据,管理零用金,确保每日账目平衡高峰时段协助点餐,并与厨房协调沟通保持收银台及前台区域整洁有序向顾客介绍菜单及促销信息根据需要协助前台运营(如打包订单、接听电话)

• Assist with order taking during peak hours and coordinate with kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier counter and front desk area
• Provide basic information about menu items and promotions to customers
• Support front-of-house operations as needed (e.g., packing orders, answering calls)

Requirements

岗位要求:

• Malaysian citizen or PR, aged 20–40 preferred
• 马来西亚公民或永久居民,优先考虑20至40岁
• Minimum 1 year of cashier or customer service experience in F&B

至少一年餐饮业收银或客户服务经验

• Familiar with Chinese cuisine and non-halal dining environment

熟悉中餐及非清真餐饮环境能以英语、马来语及基本中文沟通诚实守时,仪容整洁,具备良好客户服务意识能接受轮班、周末及公共假期工作安排

• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and basic Mandarin
• Honest, punctual, well-groomed, and customer-focused
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
